I have been playing golf since I was 20. My father introduced to the game and I loved it since the first day. The game is a fine example of how to approach a lot of things in life. You can see the end goal (usually) and you have to figure out the best course of action to get you there as quickly (least amount of shots), accurately, adapting to change in wind, temperature, and hazards. Great way to relax and think at the same time. I have been sharpening pocket knives and kitchen knives for 6 years. It is a great hobby, plus family and friends really love it because they always have sharp knives to use. It is a skill that takes a long time to get good at and not destroy the blade. One knife can take anywhere between 1 hour to 4 hours plus. I take pride in how well I can sharpen. My grandfather taught me woodworking. I have built chairs, tables, scales for knives, birdhouses, toys, etc. This hobby is not a cheap or easy one to maintain but I would never give this up due to my respect and love for my grandfather.
