Summary

I have worked in the property maintenance and management field for over 20 years. I am second generation in the Maintenance-Service Management industry. My father was a building superintendent in several large 50- to 100-unit properties for over 50 years in the Westchester County, New York, area. As a kid, I grew up around and in the maintenance field. This was a big part of my childhood upbringing, as I tagged along with my father on many occasions. As a young adult, I eventually covered my father's job at several properties when he was on vacation. Later on, in my early 20s, I eventually became a building superintendent myself and maintained and managed a 14-unit building. Throughout the years, I have developed skills in service, management, expertise in diagnosing issues, exterior structures, and equipment repair. I am committed to and go by a whatever-it-takes method of thinking.
