As a Industrial Mechanic at Henkel, I problem solve techinical issues on a day to day basis throughout the facility. Email a shift report on issues and repairs made throughout the shift. Participate in TBM events, along with workshops to improve the facilities OEE, and figure out ways to modify existing equipment to function better over the current OEM platform. I train new onboarding industrial mechanics, along with training and guiding techinical operators with repairs. Since I've been working at Henkel I have modified equipment mechanical, and electrically throughout the laundry division to minimize downtime and parts usage.
