Community Health Assessment Data Analysis —Completed as senior for undergraduate BSN degree, Created a Community Health Assessment Project on Washingtonville that included data analysis, a windshield survey, a problem list and data related to the top three problems relative to the town. Project was implemented and evaluated., Proposal for Leadership, which began with a problem within Danville High School Nursing regarding the high Basal metabolic index rates of high school students; the plan was then created with a proposal to send further information to parents and students regarding healthier ways to create a change in the student’s diet at home and school, as well as increasing exercise habits; the plan was then implemented and evaluated using a survey regarding the information given to the students stating whether the materials were helpful or had no impact
