I own my store called Rare Collectibles since 1998. I have 2 locations in a local mall called the Galleria. I occupy about 10,000 total square feet. I have bought and sold over 1.5 million items. I have been to a little over 1,250 homes to buy and or appraise items. I do appraisals for estates and judges and lawyers. I know about all forms of collectibles. To list a very few would be coins, comics, sports cards, non sports cards, action figures, antiques, gold, silver, books, posters, diecast and Funko pops. I need no directions no matter what the task. I get this business better than almost anyone. I've been on the TV show Pawn Stars three times, Toy Hunter once and and Antiques roadshow once as well. I've seen it all and have a high 98% purchase rate. Basically if I make an offer it is accepted 98 times out of 100. it's all about perspective. I can put myself in the customers shoes so its a lot easier to close either the sale or the purchase.
