I currently work as a Gifted Resource Teacher/Math Interventionist at Greystone Elementary. Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Providing differentiated instruction to both identified gifted students as well as Tier 3 math students needing math intervention outside of the regular classroom.
• Participate as a member of the MTSS team and knowledgeable in the process
• Writing Gifted Individualized Education plans.
• Develop math intervention and gifted education goals
• Provide 1:1 or small group instruction
• Diagnostic assessment of math skills
• Collect and report out student math data and progress to MTSS.
• Collaborate with teachers and the Instructional Coach.
• Provide materials and instructional practices to teachers for Tier 3 students within the classroom.
• Communicate frequently with parents, staff and principal and supervisors.

•Evaluated and provided speech and language services to students (including low incidence populations) with articulation, autism spectrum disorders, attention-hyperactive deficit disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, fluency, language, reading comprehension and pragmatic disorders
•Conducted individual and group therapy both in-person and via teletherapy
•Wrote evaluation reports, Individualized Education Plan (IEP), goals and lesson plans
• Co-taught reading classes with special education reading teachers
•Collaborated closely and co-treated with the occupational therapist, life skills teacher, and special education reading teachers
•Facilitated transition meeting for the elementary school SLPs
•Supervised student interns during the Spring semesters of 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021
