Operated cnc 5 axis Henry line'a mill. Machining copper, nickel, and steel for various jobs for different customers. I operated a twenty ton crane fork truck for material handling and edited programs we needed. Read work instructions and maintained set-ups , tooling and inspection per requirements.

• I currently run multiple CNC Haaz live tooling lathes. Responsible for complete setups, tooling, editing of programs, machine operations, and inspection of every part. Operations consist of bar stock with feeder, and single parts with both round stock and hex stock with flat jaws. All parts consist of turning, boring, drilling, milling, chamfering ,grooving, treading , and part offs. Knowledgeable in changing chuck heads to accommodate both collet style jaws and traditional 3 jaw chuck. Mostly machine Bronze, stainless steel, aluminum.

• Covered surfaces and furnishings with cloth and plastic to protect from paint drops. Set up scaffolding and ladders to access elevated surfaces safely following OSHA for proper equipment usage. Met with clients to discuss color and finish options and other design details. Used putty knives and caulking guns to fill cracks holes and joints with plaster putty and caulk. Calculated amounts of required materials and approximate time to complete each project to estimated project costs. Use brushes spray guns and paint rollers to paint exterior surfaces.

• Worked in the shop that required manual machining. Operated Bridgeport, and engine lathe. Was responsible for pulling my own material whatever specified on print and operating a saw to cut material both round stock and bar stock. My job was from start to finish which required finding material, cutting material, machining part, and inspecting part. Pulling material, and machining both Mill and lathe operations to specified prints. Operated fork truck and 1 ton crane on consistent basis.

• Job duties included operating a Bridgeport mill, small engine lathe, CNC Okuma lathe, and mostly operating multiple surface grinders, including Dedtru, and a wet grinder. Responsibilities varied day to day. I did mostly surface grinding holding .0002 tenths tolerance on parts working in a tool room where we made, and fabricated tooling for dies.

• Operator of multiple CNC lathes. My responsibilities included blueprint reading, loading programs to machines, changing out tools, editing programs, proving out programs, and operating a crane on daily basis. There are many other aspects of the job that may require fabrication. Was also responsible for maintaining maintenance on all machines i operated. I also have experience operating a vertical live tooling Okuma lathe. I have 4 years of experience operating multiple lathes, and years of problem solving skills related to machining. Also performed other jobs, and machines other then lathes.

• Certified with class 3 soldering. Repaired, and inspected electronic printed circuit boards. Trained, and proficient at various machines including my data machines, automated optical inspection, solder flow machine oven, printed circuit board glue machine, and aqua washer. Varied responsibilities depended on machine in operation.
