Accomplished Sales Representative with a solid understanding and knowledge of drilling tools and drilling practices
-Inside sales of oil and gas, water well, mining, precious metals and construction drilling tools
-Inside sales of drill rig, compressor and booster equipment, parts, and service
-Assist outside sales representatives by quickly producing quotes lead times and sales orders for them using our ERP system
-Follow up with our team to insure the product will arrive on site as promised
-Follow up with customers on lead time and updates on product delivery
- Keep inventory levels as low and accurate as possible while meeting the day to day demand of operations
- Initiated Enterprise Resource Planning software
- Review Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP)parameters daily and make proper adjustments based on usage, demand during lead time, and forecast
- Work closely with sales on forecast and adjust ERP parameters accordingly
- Expedite materials when needed
- Keep an accurate inventory, and a safe, clean, organized warehouse
- Make Job Traveler Packets and monitor production to ensure product gets shipped in a safe and timely manner
- Enter time and materials used on jobs to maintain accurate inventory and cost
- Hold meetings with Vendors to ensure product will arrive on time and to strict quality standards
- Meet with Vendors on changes in raw material lead time to ensure to meet deadlines
- Follow all manufacturing requirements in an ISO 9001 environment
-Strong knowledge in drilling tools and practices
- Fluent with MRP/ERP software and Implementation
-Works with production and shipping to meet all deadlines
-Maintains daily communication and relationships with German collages
-Maintains strong healthy relationship with customers
