Summary

My background in the United States Air Force, the National Park Service, and experience as an English Teacher have equipped me with the skills and leadership required for a position with your company.

During my 9.5 years in the U.S. Air Force, I excelled as a Fuel Mechanic and instructor. I trained units in the Bangladeshi Air Force, demonstrating instructional leadership skills. I have worked on and inspected billions of dollars of Air Force assets, achieving a craftsman level proving my dedication to the craft. During this time, I was also selected, and worked on a security detail for, the first lady at the time, Laura Bush. (Supervisor's Name: Derrick Spencer) I have proven and tested myself in challenging environments such as Iraqi Freedom, where I earned the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal. Additionally, in a Special Operations Unit, I obtained a Humanitarian Service Medal during my military commitment.

After exiting the military, I served as a National Park Service Tour Guide. Here, I honed my ability to preserve and protect a national monument, conducting educational cave tours. I also created an innovative bird program, showcasing my creativity while adhering to federal guidelines.

Subsequently, my journey led me to roles as a military contractor and small business owner in Japan. I eventually became an English Teacher in Thailand where I delivered monthly demo presentations to large groups of 300 students at a time. I instructed multiple grades and managed classrooms. I helped plan and execute English camps for over 200 participants and worked harmoniously with native teachers all while instructing students with and without special needs.

My education includes a bachelor’s in management and a recent master's degree in education from American Public University. I am privileged to say I earned a place on the dean’s list through my master’s in education. While obtaining both degree’s I placed an emphasis on remote and classroom education.

I am a Dedicated and experienced professional with a background in education, military service, and diverse work environments.
