I have a lot of experience working with autistic children. I have two autistic children of my own that I have raised. So I have sympathy for their unique challenges and have developed patience in how to best meet their needs. I have also worked the last two years in autism support. I have learned and used many behavior intervention techniques and am very familiar with helping teachers reach the goals stated in each child's IEP. I would appreciate an opportunity to be an effective addition to your team.
