  • Assist with FedEx packaging shipping, providing accurate documentation and shipping labels to various sites for smooth transportation to each respective site of their tool order requests, whether the requests are domestic or international. Creating email documentation for the FedEx shipments for every site manager and requestor to have complete visibility of their FedEx shipment, ensuring intermodal transportation means are adhered to, creating best cost-effective transportation means.
  • Assisted the CPTAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) coordinator with all CPTAT regulatory procedures and guidance, which enabled the Siemens Energy team to be compliant with all regulatory requirements for CPTAT compliance.
  • Coordinated Export and Customs Controls (ECC) approval processes for international shipping through the Siemens Energy ECC Portal, along with providing insight guidance to the Team Lead for SAP-PD2 inputs for domestic and international shipments, along with being proficient in Microsoft Office.
