Weld terminal leads to copper leads in stator housing.

Use contact welding ( pliers ) to braze Copper to copper to appear as one piece. Insulate brazed copper joint using client standards. Assemble stationary wound core into stator housing. Perform " final " assembly of motor parts, as in but not limited to... End shields, bearings, couplings, and terminal boxes. Assemble copper coils into stator frames.

• Inspected welds and checked critical measurements to meet specifications.

Walk gas service line using state of the art gas detecting equipment.

Check meter, service lines, and known trouble spots for gas leakage.

Report all findings to local office as well as utility office.

Inspect lines under bridges.

Contact utility inspector when issue is found.

Inspect lines around new construction during blasts.

Put utility customers at ease, discussing why I was around and what I was doing.

Document where I was, number of services checked, number and location and severity of issues encountered, as in but not limited to... Locked gate/fence blocking/preventing service check, dog on property, gas leak ( minor - check back at intervals, mid - send crew when available, major - send full crew now)
