Deliver an exceptional client/member experience demonstrating AvMed's service standards and values
Responsible for serving as on-site liaison between the client(s) and AvMed
Provide backup ,and support to the Client Manager.
Assist in open enrollment meetings to familiarize existing/potential members with the benefit offered and procedures required.
Ensure timely and accurate resolution of client and member issues.
Monitor membership eligibility ,reconcile discrepancies,provide COBRA administration,perform audits as needed.
Provide forms and benefit packages to employees and group representative(s) upon request.
Participate in Wellness activities such as fairs,meetings,etc.
Provide products enhancement and development recommendations.
Submit reports as required.
Focus on achieving departmental and organizational objectives.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
