- Founder, opened a new branch of a 20 year old family Logistics business in a small city in China. Company outgrew the original one and continued as a separate entity with sole ownership. Still work together as a unique brand.
- Set up company first MO and internal operational processes to be able to offer a new a high quality service for a determined sector in the logistics area in Latin-America.
- Lead all aspects of setting up a new company, including but not limited to: hiring initial staff, setting up the HQ, establishing successful relations with high profile suppliers in the market, oversee company operations while setting up long term strategy, etc.
- Company has continuously grew over the last 8 years, outperforming itself in output and revenue year after year, increasing its workforce and premises at a steady rate while implementing new services.
- Current workforce stands in 20 people, and its composed of mainly non English Chinese speaking employees.
- Services include: Full Container (FCL) and Less-than-a-Container-Load (LCL) exports from our logistics hub warehouse located in Yiwu. Cargo tracking, consolidation, quality control, mid-long term storage, warehouse and inventory management and supply chain solutions are complementary services offered in our warehouse. We also offer a buying office agent services to locate and control purchase orders in big scale production lines in China.

- Another business startup, two months before the COVID-19 pandemic, a medical supplies company focused on attending the national shortage of medical supplies in public and private hospitals.
- In charge of the compliance process with Panama's government of the company products and the legal registration, import and distribution of said goods during the COVID pandemic.
- Handled all of the company finances and contract negotiations with private and public actors.
- Handled financial relations with banks and other financial institutions to preserve the sustainability of the company given the dire situation.
