Plant Service Lead
2 Years 7 Months- Manager of all live goods (Indoor, outdoor, holiday etc). This entails but isnt limited to- Working with bill outs, communication across district superiors, mentoring across different stores, management of a team during spring summer and fall, set product to POG, be on top of culling and markdowns, watering, and customer service

Lead Merchandiser
2 Years 11 Months- Basically took care of all my stores alone due to worker shortages and harsh working conditions. I helped train and mentor anyone who did stick it out and was on a fast track to being a District Manager. I would have taken the position had there been a bit more training but Lowes is no longer renewing vendor contracts so unfortunately I have to start over. Record sales, immaculate displays, two years of consistent work without a day off during covid times, and many more. If there is a goal I will set my mind to it and this company will vouch that
Senior Marketing Coordinator
4 Years 2 Months- Created this business from the ground up with my family. We spent our time building relationships with several top name companies as well as creating and bringing products to market through our channels overseas. We ran successful social marketing plans and hit all our numbered goals each quarter. Through understanding of tools, data, and the modern internet landscape we were able to utilize what we learned to generate profit. Within the first year we were no longer operating out of the garage but a warehouse.

3 Years 7 Months- Area lead for the plants in district 872. Helped train, mentor, display, cull, tend, and deal with management from multiple companies as well as management from my own company. Weekly duties with merchandising staff as well.
Produce Clerk
2 Years 1 Month- Oversaw produce display organization, maintaining clean, appealing presentation throughout department.
- Rotated stock using FIFO methods to ensure freshness and reduce shrink.
- Inspected fruits and vegetables for quality, removing damaged or expired items.
- Restocked shelves, coolers, and cases to support consistent product availability.
Education
- Social Work
I had to drop out of this program as Social Work wasnt for me. However, I maintained decades long relationships with my teachers in business, tech, philosophy and theatre due to my interest in those subjects and my ability and talent in those fields. I may have missed out on a degree but the life lessons and continued stucture they provide in my life is priceless. I also spent much time volunteering in the Christian Fellowship Club by holding meetings, helping with coat drives, video game club, as well as making food for the banquets that were held.
