Responsible for leading Experience Assessments, Route Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions for MRE back office and field.

Project Leader Highlights:

• Analyze Orphan Meter population.
• Coordinate with the New Business Units to help locate orphan meters. Prepare monthly reports to the New Business Managers to identify revenue lost due to orphan meters and to help bring this lost revenue into the company.
• Consumption on Inactive Meters
• Developed and enforced the new procedure for the Consumption on Inactive Meter project working with the back office and Work Planners on dropping notices, making appointments, or securing applications.

• Monitored and maintained the Zero Registration meters to help meet the department goal.
