
Kayleigh is a grounded and passionate yoga instructor whose classes create a safe and
explorative space for students to honor what feels good in their practice. She first found yoga as a way to increase flexibility, but quickly discovered the mental release that comes from pairing movement with mindful breathing. In each class she offers guidance to students of all levels, encouraging them to embody every posture in a way that leaves them feeling strong and supported
