• Process Engineering: Redesigned the collaboration model between Finance and Procurement to streamline cloud/SaaS renewals, increasing visibility into contract lifecycles and mitigating budget risk.
• Systems Integration: Managed data reconciliations between Adaptive Planning and Workday, ensuring 100% accuracy in executive-level financial reporting and variance analysis.

Market Leadership & Analysis

• Industry Recognition: Led the finance component of comprehensive data compilation for the Gartner, Forrester and IDC Exposure Management assessments in 2025, resulting in "Leader" designations in each for the Tenable One Platform.

● Led 2U’s shared expense management function, encompassing over $400mm in annual operating expenses across the Marketing, G&A and Technology organizations

● Managed corporate expense optimization initiatives and adhering to committed spend reduction plans for tens of millions of dollars in operational expenses in an ongoing effort to increase EBIDTA growth

● Spearheadeded the implementation of a holistic and standardized role review process while continuing with my responsibilities as the acting controls leader for company-wide personnel management review processes

● Directed a team of three in a collaborative environment, ensuring all members are aware of overall project goals and individual contributions

● Led the corporate FP&A function of 2U’s Technology & Product organizations for over $80mm in annual operating expenses

● Drove seamless business operations encompassing operational and capital expenditure forecasting, cost modeling, capex + cloud computing arrangement project accounting, fixed asset review processes and overall P&L analysis with executive leadership

● Managed both current and long-term models related to supplier & personnel strategic capacity planning processes

● Managed the yearly Technology supplier budgeting process for all third-party SaaS agreements & contractors for over $40mm in total spend, meeting corporate driven capital and operating expense targets

● Managed 2U’s vendor risk management process (Organization-wide) – Configuring the business process and overseeing the privacy, legal, security & financial review processes on behalf new or renewing vendors and contractors
