Keturah Talbert

I am a full-time student with experience in lifeguarding and food service. I worked for Tropical Smoothie for a brief time, but I learned a lot. I have cultivated skills in leadership, task management, and customer service. I’ve been an artist my entire life. I’ve been in art classes, both in and outside of school. Last summer, I was a part of a summer art academy at PAFA to develop my art skills and build my portfolio. I was also accepted by UArts in Philadelphia with a full-ride scholarship, but since it shut down, I attend Moore College of Art and Design. I worked at two main pool locations. I received commendations for my role as a lifeguard regarding my performance. Some of the duties I completed regularly included maintaining sanitation standards, regular pool maintenance, and regularly maintaining the safety of the swimmers. I completed duties as a cashier, smoothie maker, and food service preparer. I also restocked food and smoothie supplies. I prepared food for standard menu items.
