• Administer the Credit union's compliance program.
• Review, on a scheduled basis, reports for CTR and SAR purposes and file appropriate reports as needed via e-filing system.
• Review laws and regulations that impact the credit union's compliance requirements.
• Assure credit union policies are accurate, current and in compliance with federal and state regulations. Review and update policies annually or as laws and regulations change. Communicate changes to impacted departments and follow up to ensure new policies and procedures are understood and implemented.
• prepare monthly Compliance reports for the Board of Directors.
• Responsible for employee and volunteer annual compliance training.
