  • Answer and manage an average of 25 calls per day, the group average is 23. My missed call percentage is extremely low at .02 per year.
  • Complete and send off an average of 19 quotes per day, the group average is 21 and I also carry a 0% error percentage.
  • Assist with clerical support as needed by being crossed trained on some personal line’s duties such as RPEs and 'Estate of' tasks.
  • Coordinated and organized the quote teams training materials on the new Erie Secure Business platform and trained coworkers. I continue to oversee this project and help resolve and escalate issues to the team as needed as well as ensure the needed materials are shared and updated regularly.
