At Hertz, I manage insurance claims on their rental vehicles, assist Hertz customers in getting a replacement rental vehicle, provide customers with support in delivery of rentals, and update Information on the state of the vehicle for insurance companies, Hertz corporate, and Hertz locations.

Working with Hertz, I assist customers in a very stressful situations, giving me the opportunity to refine my skills in building strong relationships with a team and customers, and strengthen my ability to keep others calm under stress.

• Conducted thorough vehicle cleaning and detailing, ensuring high-quality results for customers and dealerships.

At Uniontown Detailing, I was responsible for cleaning exterior, interior, engine bays, undercoating for vehicles to prevent rust, and being efficient and thorough with cleaning equipment.

In the army, I learned how to lead a team under stress, how to build a team that works together in the toughest conditions, and maintain high standards for equipment. Before leaving the army I also was placed under one of the local army school recruiters and got to help soldiers further their careers and get the education they needed to transition into a new role in the army.

• Operated CNC plasma machines, brake presses, plate wheelabrator , and overhead cranes to produce components for barges and cruise ships
• Set up and calibrated equipment to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
• Trained new operators on safety protocols and machine operations effectively.
• Inspected finished parts by checking for defects to meet quality standards.

At Heartland, I was responsible for loading, unloading, and programming CNC machines, to produce parts for multiple types of barges and cruise ships. making sure to meet a tight tolerance, and to load and unload the trucks with a overhead crane to feed the machines and organize the shops inventory.
