Prepare and run psychotherapeutic group meetings for the inpatient
population
● Engage in daily one-on-one’s, crisis intervention, and conflict
resolution with patients as they arise
● Maintain the unit schedule ensuring that patients are present for
medical checks, medical distributions, meals, groups, and
appointments
● Ensure unit order by maintaining daily unit schedule, maintaining
behavioral standards, documenting and informing counselors of
behavioral issues, documenting and informing medical teams of
medical issues, performing searches and documenting patient
belongings, taking and recording patient vitals, performing and
documenting patient rounds, and the completion of daily patient
assessment forms.

● Create construction schedules and direct subcontractors for multi-
million dollar projects, ensuring project tasks are completed correctly
and in a timely manner for multiple projects
● Utilize plans, drawings, and specification manuals to identify,
purchase, and coordinate delivery of necessary materials for various
projects while holding to and maintaining strict budgets
● Work closely with owners and engineers to address and rectify any
issues that arise during a projects life. Find alternative solutions to
mitigate issues that may delay project goals

● Lead and coordinate numerous subcontractors, equipment, and
supplies during complex municipality expansion projects
● Manage communication and inventories between multiple
departments to meet contracted deadlines with accuracy and
efficiency
