My overall responsibility was to grow the business by double digit CAGR every year along with increased profitability.
Over the 9 years, we went from $35 Million revenue to $125 Million in revenue increasing our overall Gross margins to 40%

For what its worth, I did work in the Hospitality industry a very long time ago
I worked at the Sheraton Hotel(Now a Doubletree) on 202 in Wilmington as a busboy, waiter, dining room manager and finally as the Banquet manager.
As I tell everyone these were some of the best jobs I have ever worked.
I enjoyed working in this industry and could have made a career out of it had I thought differently back then.
