With over 30 years in Sales and Marketing experience in Real Estate and Home Building, I am very well versed in building loyalty and long-term relationships with customers while consistently achieving individual sales goals. My experience in residential construction with a local custom ADU builder, gave me detailed knowledge in all phases of residential construction from permit to delivery. I worked closely with vendors, city permitting officials, clients and architects. Most recently my positions with Real Estate Tech Startup, Sundae, and currently Evolve, expanded my skills to include performing on virtual sales teams led by goal driven metrics. Both positions incorporated my skills in working client and customer acquisition systems, as well as team support and problem solving to hit monthly metrics. Experience with software programs includes using Salesforce, Salesloft, Microsoft Office, Datatree, MLS Marketplaces, Talkdesk, and Slack as well as others needed for a variety of work pursuits. I have a solid home office routine established and have been working remotely since March 2020. I have a son who has developed severe Long Covid who I live with so I need to work exclusively from home to keep him as healthy as possible.
