  • Company Overview: When I started here I was working as a laborer. Within three months of being with the company I was promoted to a Lead and ran a small department. I made sure my employees had their stations prepared for work every day, I managed break times and recorded all the data for each employee. The data I recorded was the numbers of what each employee accomplished in a day, progress on a job, and time each employee spent on a certain job. I then again was promoted to a Receiver position. While in that position I was responsible for counting, collecting, and entering all the product that we had received in the warehouse. I worked on the floor and on computers. I was very accurate with my data and earned several raises during my time there for my ability to be so accurate.
