• I submit sales events regarding Mortgage Purchases which are no longer done at the Branch Level.
• I gather documentation for Midwest Mortgage Loans which can include property tax bills and payoffs
• I assist the Head Teller with balancing the ATM and auditing ECRs
• I am certified to use the Medallion Stamp or Signature Guarantee.
• I received Fraud Stopper Spotlight for 2023 as I provided outstanding 5 Star Service to our members and helped stop a lot of Fraud from happening.
• I am a Community Developed Certified Financial Counselor or CDCFC

• I provide Members with information on available lending products and services.
• I take Loan Applications and gather as much information through an interview process.
• I utilize credit reports and sometimes have to calculate a manual debt to income ratio.
• I have to decision an application for approval or denial. Sometimes requiring a manager to review.
• When an Application is denied I have to explain the reasoning and offer solutions to our members.
• As a loan officer, I do have to review other loan officers work before it is turned in.
• Cross-Sell Credit Union products and services which can include GAP and Payment Protection.
• I provide loan minutes at the end of the month which requires use of Microsoft Excel.
• I also open Business Accounts and help assist our Business Members with their Credit Union needs.
• I also serve as a Member Service Representative when needed.
• I have mentored many credit union employees and have had others excel through out the Credit Union.

• Greet and Welcome all Branch visitors. Including members and vendors.
• Maintain the Visitor Log
• Process Mail with Head Teller
• Help to solve member requests up to and including complaints. Those can require further investigating and can include working with other departments.
• Open New Accounts and add new products and services to Existing Accounts.
• Cross-Sell credit union products and services
• Process Stop Payments, File Disputes, order checks and foreign currency. Sell Gift Cards/Travel Cards
• Process IRA requests which can include opening applications
• Process Wire Transfers, help to deter fraudulent ones.
• Help with Decedent Accounts. Opening Estate Accounts. Helping members in their time of grief with empathy.

• Assist the Head Teller with processing buy/sell slips, running checks through Check 21, maintaining and balancing the vault
• Process ATM transactions. Our office doesn't balance the ATM but I do know how to if I were to work at another office.
• Maintain ECRs and ECDs with cash in and out. Fix any machine errors with some help from IT or Diebold.
• Audit machines and tellers as needed
• Assist Head Teller with training of new Tellers
• Work as a Teller whenever needed.
• Process Mail and Night Drop
• Process Coin Shipments. Maintain and Balance Coin Machine.
• Acts as Head Teller when Head Teller is out of the office.
• Provides Overrides to employees.

• I work on the scheduling of Tellers with assistance from the Head Teller

• I perform transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and check cashing.
• I issue Cashier Checks or Money Orders.
• Process Business transactions.
• Process Mail/Night Drop
• Keep a cash drawer and balance at the end of day.
• Process CTR and other BSA worksheets

• Assist members with account inquiries. Provide information for Direct Deposit or ACH withdrawals.
