  • I was recruited to build sales and establish a newly formed construction arm of the business for remodels and other facets within the convenience store and quick service restaurant industries. From August of 2022 – December 2022 we had grown from $600,000 to $2M in sales. Our target for 2023 was $5.5M and as of the end of the first quarter, we have already been awarded $7.8M in projects. My responsibilities include hiring the skilled labor force, estimating project costs and overseeing 2 project managers, 12 construction techs and a project coordinator.

  • Responsible for the facility maintenance of 122 Circle K sites through vendors and facilities service techs. This included all interior and exterior aspects of the property, approving and verifying invoices, communication with vendors as well as maintaining current and newly established business relationships with vendor partners and working within cross functional teams and departments. Annual budget of $2M
  • Special Project Manager – Circle K Facilities/FL Business Unit (1-yr)
  • Managed a dispenser replacement project for over 200 CK as well as 65 hKE sites. Collaborated with vendors on scheduling and ensuring job completion. Communicate with operations on schedule and follow-up with facilities and fuel on completion, or any issues that may arise. Oversaw selling of used dispensers and collaborating with buyer freight services. Currently working on an acquisition fountain installation project for 204 stores within the division by completing punch lists.
  • Audit Manager Circle K (2-yrs)
  • Ensured that all internal merchandise and cash audits were completed for the business unit as well as equipment asset audits. Ensured AML compliance within the division and reporting to internal company counsel. Provide training to the business unit during store manager and market manager training classes, as well as aiding the training department on designing Market Manager – Circle K (5-yrs)
  • Managed 13 – 20 corporate owned stores to include, but not limited to, manager development in areas of store conditions, profitability, marketing programs, and hiring. Provide site managers with daily and weekly communication through meetings and on-site visits. Develop action plans with management staff to increase sales and decrease expenses. Oversaw P&L budget process, and implementation of budgets with site managers. Work on special projects as directed by the Regional Operations Director.
