As a Fulfillment Expert, I quickly cemented myself as a reliable and hard-working member of the team. With recognition of previous and current leaders, I was given more responsibility as a Captain in my department. It allows team members and leaders alike to have another person to talk to and work with when they need help completing work or passing along valuable information. I have the trust of my fellow team members, immediate leaders, and the leaders that oversee them. I have learned many skills such as time management and the ability to delegate tasks. I have learned about my own capabilities and those of my team, which allows me to most efficiently complete the work for that day.
Fulfill online orders and prepare them to be picked up by our guests or package them to be shipped to their home.
I was given the title of captain and more responsibility. This allowed me to showcase my abilities to complete work efficiently and effectively alongside my leader, or in place of my leader when they were not available.
My fellow team members know to come to me for help at any time so I can be an extra set of eyes and/or hands.
