Restoration of Historic Pheasant Run

  • Part of Lynnewood Hall the dairy farm (Barn) on the estate of Fitz Eugene and Eleanor Widener Dixon, it was designed by Horace Trumbauer 1952 for residence.
  • Redesigning the Eat in kitchen with all new appliances cabinetry and custom copper work trim.
  • Replacing/ reworking mechanicals of the home from personally replacing water heaters, boilers, restoring heat to sections of the home that have lost heat, reworking fixing central air units, rebuilding custom gas lanterns around the pool, to replacing slate roof tiles and restoring fountain pumps in the formal lobby and courtyard.
  • Working Closely with the Owners to maintain preservation and functionality
