Collaborative nurse leader with an interest in evolving nursing practice though new and innovative models of care. Currently engaged in developing a virtual nursing program, and have a history of involvement with tele-ICU and remote patient monitoring programs. These nursing programs are unique and yet similar in that all support quality patient care in remote settings with the use of technology. Virtual nursing is relatively new care delivery model that has great potential to change modern nursing practice.
