• Create and developed the HCC team (Hub Control Center) by: Benchmarking the concept from Continental Airlines, Adapting that concept to our airline environment, selection and training of the qualified personnel and implementing.
• Actively worked in the operational team that implemented the expansion of the operations model from 2 to 4 banks. Also worked in the project that implemented the next level of operational increases from 4 to 6 banks.
• Consistently maintained high customer satisfaction ratings during our period leading as the Passengers Services Director.
