  • Investigate, troubleshoot, develop and implement repair recommendations and mitigation strategies for steam leaks, vapor complaints, and structural issues throughout the district steam system area. Collaborate with other major utilities in the Right-of-Way such as Philadelphia Water Department, PECO, Philadelphia Gas Works, and major telecom providers
  • Lead projects in customer buildings such as heat exchanger upgrades (to realize anticipated energy savings), installation of steam meters and submeters, PRV stations, and temporary boiler connections
  • Develop scopes of work, bid sheets, and critical project documents; acquire roadway opening permits (through Philadelphia’s GPIS system) and lane closure permits; vetting, selecting, and negotiating with contractors; leading pre-construction and safety meetings;
