Oversaw city-wide Boys & Girls Club programming, older adult programming, early learning programming, and animal welfare education programming. Led program improvement and expansion efforts, including the creation of new programming and services.

Established the Cumberland County Positive Youth Development Coalition (CCPYDC) in partnership with the Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office, convening government officials, nonprofit leaders, and for-profit stakeholders to establish and activate initiatives to reduce juvenile delinquency.

Directly managed youth programming provided through FNC and provided technical assistance to 11 membership agencies.

Managed 3 residential properties for formerly homeless men and women, providing 24/7 on-call crisis support, street outreach and engagement efforts, resident support and activities, and facility maintenance.

Supported a team of Family Resource Specialists in providing 24/7 wrap-around services to prevent out-of-home placement, reporting on family progress at all relevant court hearings.
