Since I started working at thirteen, I've grown a lot in a variety of fields such as hospitality, reception, animal care, and retail. When it comes to my experience in restaurants and hospitality, I would say I am very trained in delivering high-quality service in a busy dining setting. I'm also known for having a strong focus in teamwork, achieving customer satisfaction, adapting to changing needs, and ensuring a smooth transition through communication. When it comes to my attentiveness to animal care and reception work I was utilizing my skills in managing organization, attention to details, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all clients. Working in animal care is something that's always been fascinating to me. I learned how to have a fast reaction time in high stress scenarios and quick problem solving with reactive clients. I've also used my practice to file, copy, and record physical documentation of client records. Overall my work experiences have brought many useful skills to me as a worker. As well my understanding of what makes a good employee. I look forward to using my previous practices and applying them to my future opportunities.
