  • It was my responsibility to oversee the operations throughout the facility, to distribute each resident his/her medication, Phlebotomy and to provide outstanding services for all Brighten Place residents.
  • This included providing personal care assistance to residents including but not limited to physical assistance and physical therapy, verbal cueing as well as monitoring behavioral patterns, food preparation, room maintenance, laundry, and transportation.
  • I also assessed resident's physical and emotional status on a daily basis of which I documented in weekly progress notes.
  • It was my duty to actively participate in the development and implementation of individual resident's mental and physical treatment programs.
