Dedicated and versatile, with over 12 years of volunteering across organizations like Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts, I excel in leadership and foreign language proficiency. Achievements include spearheading community service projects and earning the Gold Award for trail improvement. Recognized for exceptional teamwork, adaptability, and a positive attitude, I bring a track record of impactful contributions and reliability.
I have volunteered with the Boy Scouting, Girl Scouting and Sea Scouting organizations by helping at various locations such as Old Bedford Village during their Christmas and Murder Mystery Events, leaf raking at the Bedford United Methodist Church, Bedford Springs for flag raising ceremonies, adopt a highway, trail cleanup and various projects at the Bedford Elementary School, teaching Spanish to the Bedford Elementary School children, boat cleanup for the Sea Scouts, various food and clothing drives, among many other volunteer positions over the past 12 years.
For my Gold Award for Girl Scouts I made new trail marker signs, cleaned up the trails. I also repaired several benches that were broken in the Environmental Center at the Bedford Elementary School as well as sanded and water sealed them.
For my Boy Scout Eagle project I repainted the front and back porches of the Environmental Center, as well as cleaned up the trails again and repaired a flower bed that was broken.
I have taken CPR classes and have gotten Safe Sitter Certified.
