The Loan Servicing Specialist II is responsible for providing internal and external customers service and problem resolution by having an in-depth knowledge of the core system loan transaction processing. The position will also efficiently complete file maintenance as established in the loan documentation, accurately and efficiently scan and index loan file documentation, and research problems or issues by within the core system to provide resolutions for internal and external customers. This role may assume leadership role in absence of the manager to oversee effective & efficient daily operations of the department.
Responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the Loan Servicing Center to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the department. Loan Servicing includes credit disputes, collateral recordation and satisfaction, escrow payments, secondary market servicing, PMI, flood insurance monitoring, loan reviews for consumer and mortgage loans, GL reconciliations, processing of customer online repay payments and mailed check payments, processing of loan modifications and loan payoffs, and administration of credit life and disability insurance programs.
