As a manufacturing supervisor I was responsible for scheduling of shift , quality decisions, performance reviews, time and attendance, and any disciplinary action that was needed and coaching of employees.

AAM bought GKN plant in Emporium. During my employment at AAM I was CNC Lineleader . I was responsible for set up of the cnc molding press , set up automation , perform quality checks and maintain production rate. I also trained employees on the cnc presses. When I left AAM I was night shift supervisor. I was responsible for scheduling shift , perform reviews, disciplinary action if needed , quality decisions , coaching of employees, and time and attendance.

Cnc Lineleader responsible for set up of cnc molding press and automation. Maintain production rate and quality.
