Managed Renaissance MRA (Matter Requiring Attention) to remediate audit issue from Federal Reserve Bank audit.

  • Led cross-functional teams to deliver complex technical projects on time for business and technical stakeholders to remediate/update Consumer Credit Line Management processes for Line Increases, Line Decreases and Closures for Multi-Card customers.
  • The project had two production releases in four months, was delivered on time, on budget, and received FRB acknowledgment for resolving the audit issue.
  • Scrum based using Jira – four (4) teams
  • Back-end solution based on Hadoop and Kafka and data coming from Fiserv, Experian and FICO
  • Working with PNC Audit and Compliance to successfully document/report to FRB

Managed project called Renaissance 2024 to consolidate all Credit Line Management processing to decision Consumer Cards and Business Cards onto a managed central platform.
