  • Design, develop and implement innovative DEI strategies, programs and initiatives with proven impact; Integrate DEI into all people strategies and processes by partnering with people leaders across the globe. Leverage data and metrics to measure and report out progress to Senior Leadership.
  • Provide Senior management and operational support around budget planning, and contract management. Develop new and manage preexisting external partnerships with organizations on research, recruiting, insight, best practices and community and charitable giving’s. Manage stakeholders expectations both internally and externally.

  • Reporting into our Life Science Division Global Operating Leader, I was directly responsible for operations in Lat AM, United States, Canada and Philippines for Genpact business with GSK and Pfizer.
  • Totaled 102 direct and non-direct reports across these locations handling consumer direct contacts on their over-the-counter product line through various channels
  • Responsible for all Management Teams in these locations to ensure monitoring of all channels EM, SM and PC is done accurately and timely meeting SLA’s.
  • Responsible for all Compliance and Risk Audits (CMP, PV Self Inspection) at all sites.
  • Due to high attrition in cross regions, implemented hiring plan for bench employees
  • Increased business over a 2 year stretch and in turn absorbed 25 additional products to manage under a joint venture.
  • Met all SLA over contract duration, becoming the first external partner for this client to do so. Leveraged green belt/lean six sigma strategies and analytics daily to meet deliverables and client expectations
