• contract also provides reciepts of all materials bought and the explanation of why the products were used on that specific area of expertise.
• manufacture warrantees are useable and are only provided by the contractor on contracts.
• i provide a warrantee on roofing material of my choice due to manufactures having different qualities and different qualities of how its installed.
• identifing the problem and the easiest safest and longest lasting ideas to get the home owner out of the trouble there into this includes insurance faults also.
