  • Manage the operational execution of the value streams with overall responsibility for production execution and shipping/receiving to safely deliver quality products, on time, while minimizing costs. Lead staff of 4 supervisors, 2 group leads and 40 team members to achieve all safety, quality, productivity, customer service and cost targets. Responsible for all value stream metrics, adherence to plant policies/procedures, and continuous improvement to achieve measurable results, all while performing responsibilities of Value Stream Supervisor and day to day operations.
  • Plan, direct and coordinate value stream activities ensuring work assignments are accomplished meet production goals and scheduling demand. Maintain operational data and prepare reports, evaluate production metric results; attend production update meeting and discuss issues that impacted the data.
  • Partner with customer service and production planning/scheduling to meet customer demand. Create seamless communication across all value streams ensuring daily production is accomplished and weekly planning is achieved. Conduct regular team meetings to review production needs, goals and to seek resolution for issues. Engage staff to solve problems and identify ideas for improvement; utilize CI and lean manufacturing tools to evaluate and implement improvements.
