- Utilize job experience and knowledge to provide exceptional donor experiences.

- Ability to utilize all computer systems to process donors through their donor process (Screening and whole blood phlebotomy, and automatic collections when appropriate)

- Take personal responsibility for donor safety, complying with all Blood Center Standard procedures and other regulatory standards.

- Set-up all supplies and equipment, completion of daily QC, and assure all equipment and supplies are available before the collection event.

• Provides patient care using a patient/family-centered approach and follows established policies and procedures.
• Observes and reports patient changes or concerns to the RN.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, visitors, and staff.
• Supports unit and hospital goals and contributes to a positive patient experience.
• Participates in orienting new staff as assigned.
• Performs validated clinical and technical skills according to unit standards.
• Uses technology to support and improve patient care.
• Performs equipment quality checks when required.
• Conducts patient rounds, anticipates needs, and responds promptly to call lights and pages.

• Overseeing the administration of resident medications, treatments, and skin care.
• Administering resident medications.
• Processing Doctor's Orders
• Mentoring, coaching and disciplining the Nursing staff as needed.
• Supervising and working together with the Personal Care Aides and C.N.As in order to provide the best possible care for our residents.
• Directly providing daily care to residents who because of illness or disability cannot perform these functions
• Assist with ADLs

- Administered medications and treatments to patients according to established protocols.

- Monitored vital signs and reported changes to healthcare team members promptly.

- Assisted in developing patient care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
