In 2019 at the same company, the district manager had given me the task to foresee another location and train the new store manager, retrain the staff, and remerchandised the entire facility. In 2022 at my current company, I had been Assistant General Manager for 5 months and did not qualify for the General Manager position. My direct rapport saw my potential and put me in an interim role for 30 days, which resulted in me getting the permanent role. I never lose, I only win or learn. Success is impossible without failure.
