Dedicated to making a positive impact in the community, my career has been marked by identifying and addressing gaps in educational needs through strategic grant opportunities. These opportunities have played a key role in fostering a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment. With a rich background in event management, spanning from intimate gatherings in donors' homes to large-scale events such as conferences, open houses, and alumni reunions, I bring a proven track record of successful execution.

Upon completing the Ed.D. program, I plan to embark on a career change. I seek to grow professionally utilizing the skills that I have gained throughout my career, into a dynamic role that not only aligns with my professional aspirations but also enables continuous growth and development within The Walt Disney Company.
