• Professionally answer all incoming calls and direct calls to physician teams via Todos or transfer calls to appropriate departments
• Receive medication refill requests from Triage refill line in a timely manner and send requests to physician teams
• Contact patients regarding addressed patient messages in physician team buckets to inform of advice per as stated by physician
• Maintain all HIPPA rules at all times

Room patients, obtain all vitals and pertinent information, assist physician with patient visits, procedures, sending medications, ordering testing as per physician, preparing injections

• Scheduling surgeries, calling patients with physician recommendations for patients' needs and concerns
• Maintain physician schedule and follow all physician preferences
• Maintain all HIPPA rules and regulations

Assist patients and assist physician with exams and procedures

Coordinate hospital surgical set up, consents, and instructions with patients

Triage phone calls

• Assist patients and physician with office visits and procedures
• Perform EKGs and Ear Washes
• Administer IM and SubQ injections
• Order testing as per physician
• Front Office Duties
