• Loaded gallon and half-gallon bottles onto conveyor lines by cutting bags and keeping the line consistently supplied to prevent downtime and maintain production flow.
• Transported and loaded carts in and out of trailers, efficiently delivering filled carts back to the lines to support continuous debagging and overall production efficiency.

Fluid Material Handler Tech 1

• Operated a forklift to remove finished product from production lines and load skids into outbound trailers, maintaining fast, efficient, and accurate material flow.
• Troubleshot line issues such as jams, cleared faulty crates or corrugated boxes with leaks, and replaced damaged materials to keep operations running safely and smoothly.

Freezer Material Handler Tech 1

• Picked and scanned ice-cream orders in freezer conditions, stacking product onto pallets and loading ice cream into freezer cabinets before adding dry ice; hand-wrapped completed pallets, tagged them for the correct store or company, and prepared them for outbound trailers with speed and accuracy.
• Removed skids of ice cream from production line and either staged them for trailer loading or placed them into warehouse racks, ensuring efficient product flow and maintaining high productivity in a fast-paced frozen environment.
