Covered and supported International Radiology and vascular procedures
Provided professional development to doctors and in-serviced the staff on new products and procedures
Cryoablation for tumors in the kidney, liver, prostate, bone, lung, as well as Cryoablation for pain. Reviewed films to see what size ice ball would provide a successful outcome and if hydrodissection was needed
Responsible for new product launches
Recruited speakers and hosting dinners for doctors, staff, residents and fellows and upper management as well as vice presidents of the company
Proctored interventional radiologist and vascular surgeons during procedures. Including but not limited to reviewing films, catheter and wire selection, sizing vessels and discussing which embolic would result in the best outcome
Launched a new embolic coil in the Pittsburgh area which resulted in “amount” of new revenue
Developing relationships with the doctors and staff for current and future business
Watching inventory and creating shelf space for my products
Recruited doctors to support and take my product to commits for use approval
