My name is Nadia Samake, and I am a dedicated mother, wife, and community leader with a strong background in both leadership and support roles. I am passionate about bringing my experience and skills to managerial or support positions, where I can make a meaningful impact.
Throughout my career, I have developed valuable skills in a variety of roles. Before becoming a manager at Neovia, I worked in different capacities supporting the warehouse, where I developed expertise in logistics coordination, inventory management, and team leadership. I supported smooth operations by overseeing processes, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining a strong focus on process improvement. This experience allowed me to build the necessary skills to take on a leadership role and contribute to operational success.
Earlier in my career, I was an intern at East Stroudsburg University for two years, where I gained core skills that I have carried with me throughout my career. As a French-speaking student, I was able to assist students in French classes, providing support and fostering a positive learning environment. I also had the opportunity to serve as a teaching assistant for the French department, where I further developed my communication skills and built strong relationships with students and faculty. These early roles equipped me with the foundational skills that I continue to use to drive success in my career today.
